Digital Locker is a key initiative under Digital India program. It is an online application that aims at eliminating the use of physical documents and enables sharing of verified electronic documents across various agencies. Digital Locker provides a dedicated personal storage space in the cloud to citizens, linked to citizen’s Aadhaar number. It will enable various organizations registered on Digital Locker to push certificates of citizens directly in their Digital Locker in electronic format. Citizens can also upload and securely store the scanned copies of legacy documents in Digital Locker. These legacy documents can be electronically signed using eSign facility. A citizen can share these electronic certificates online with various departments and agencies registered on Digital Locker while applying for the services provided by them. Thus, Digital Locker brings the citizens, issuers and requestors on one platform and reduces administrative overhead of agencies by eliminating paperwork. It will also make it easy for the residents to receive services by saving time and effort.

My idea is simple, instead of giving Xerox copies of candidate anywhere in India weather it is for govt work or private work, the candidate if he kept his documents in digital locker he/she just need to go to any of the ATM (we should do mou with all banks) and he/she need to put his details and get a receipt and that receipt has to be attcahed to his/her resume or application and has to sumbit and if they submitt the apponent authority should accept that the reception is his/her documents

near by the post office or wherever the place they find it much helpful for public so that people can pay them self into that machine entering their Electricity Meter number, Money, etc and get a prepaid slip against their payment. Also we should make an App on mobile (for Digital India plan & paper less transaction) to make payments of electricity through mobile using peoples Bank ATM cards or Rupay card entering the information like Meter Number & amnt.We have to keep Minimum recharge amt

In this case people can control their usage of electricity most efficiently because they can see balance of units and also they might have target of minimum usage. And my request is why don’t we apply in our country same like above prepaid payment system, but here in Mozambique we have to make payment only in the Electricity Dept but my plan for India is that Electricity board should open booths like ATM machines (It should work round the clock) Part -3

After entering the 16 digit number the Electricity meter will show the available Units for the usage. For example I used to make MZN.1,000/- payment of beginning of the month against this I will get 205 KV. So that I can keep the record of my daily consumption of electricity and also control to minimum usage (Same like mobile prepaid, most of the people use the talk time as per the available balance so same thing will apply here also). I don’t know where exactly to share my idea to connecting your Digital India Plan, and I posted in here. If I did any mistake please forgive me. Sir I am working in Mozambique one of the African Country and I found myself good thing of Mozambique is electricity payments as we have to make it in Pre paid and after making the payments we will get the payment slip and it contained 16 Digit number and this 16 digit number we have to feed it into the electricity meter. (Part -1)
