Help us make Digital Locker better by providing your valuable feedback, comments and suggestions.

Digital Locker is a key initiative under Digital India program. It is an online application that aims at eliminating the use of physical documents and enables sharing of verified electronic documents across various agencies. Digital Locker provides a dedicated personal storage space in the cloud to citizens, linked to citizen’s Aadhaar number. It will enable various organizations registered on Digital Locker to push certificates of citizens directly in their Digital Locker in electronic format. Citizens can also upload and securely store the scanned copies of legacy documents in Digital Locker. These legacy documents can be electronically signed using eSign facility. A citizen can share these electronic certificates online with various departments and agencies registered on Digital Locker while applying for the services provided by them. Thus, Digital Locker brings the citizens, issuers and requestors on one platform and reduces administrative overhead of agencies by eliminating paperwork. It will also make it easy for the residents to receive services by saving time and effort.

digital locker must be biometric.. only based on the finger print of the client, the app should get opened.. this will be more secure and safe

There are a few pointers:- 1) Security is of prime importance. 2) A smartphone app for uploading documents from phone. 3) A database of government employees, so that we can share the document directly from the document view screen with only the concerned official. 4) A system of feedback wherein we can come to know if the official has viewed our shared document. Also a feature wherein the official can ask more info if required.

Hi, I am Abhishek Sharma, wellwisher of PM Modi and say something about working policy of Digital Locker. its a best facility given by NDA Govt.but there a small problem that is with registration of Aadhar No.system take enquiry about your mobile registered OTP. but many of people has no registered their Mobile No. and Email id in Aadhar data.so if Data updation of Aadhar is online without reg. mob no So if Data Update of Aadhar Card is being Online, then it is very useful for every people.

It is fine doing this. But even the papers from governments office also leaking. in such a condition how it will be safe? if some body using it for there advantages , then what?i suggest that, there should be a 3D security

The security of data is most important because if the data leaked from the digilocker the trust of people get vanished from it.So,there should be a team or army of cyber experts who should regularly work on the security of the data.

The digital locker at present takes aadhaar for registration along with one mobile no. There should be option to change the mobile no in case someone losses the mobile or sim and unable to get same number. Further one more security content should also be added like any secret question or date of birth/father's name etc. for security purpose.

Subject : Nominee Person Require in case of unnatural death of Digital Locker Holder for better growth of his/her family. Hon'ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I would like to suggest that In "Digital Locker" there should a nomination person too. Because someone get unnatural death then in that case, nominated person can get legal documents from "Digital Locker"
