Help us make Digital Locker better by providing your valuable feedback, comments and suggestions.

Digital Locker is a key initiative under Digital India program. It is an online application that aims at eliminating the use of physical documents and enables sharing of verified electronic documents across various agencies. Digital Locker provides a dedicated personal storage space in the cloud to citizens, linked to citizen’s Aadhaar number. It will enable various organizations registered on Digital Locker to push certificates of citizens directly in their Digital Locker in electronic format. Citizens can also upload and securely store the scanned copies of legacy documents in Digital Locker. These legacy documents can be electronically signed using eSign facility. A citizen can share these electronic certificates online with various departments and agencies registered on Digital Locker while applying for the services provided by them. Thus, Digital Locker brings the citizens, issuers and requestors on one platform and reduces administrative overhead of agencies by eliminating paperwork. It will also make it easy for the residents to receive services by saving time and effort.

#DigitalLocker I think this would be great initiative if it is successful in the upcoming days but before introducing this i would suggest that training should be provided to the end users who is not aware of these, as it is new for all of us and the big challenge is security. There should be a alert secure just for safer side.

Security of Digital Locker is very important. Information Security controls around digital locker system is very critical to instill confidence in end users.

Digital locker system is a great idea but it will be more successful only if all the data which provide state government or central government is attached with this system due to which it can be assure that any data or certificate which we lock in the digital locker is true or false, can be idenfied easily and that data or certificate is declined to contain by the system.

Share Your Views...hello sir main West bengal se hu mere aadhar card nahi aaya meri 2 sisters aur main ek sath form diya 1 sister ki aadhar card aagayi hum dono ki aadhar card nahi aaya koi solution hai??.please help me.
