Australian Cricket team used to play with attitude of sweat, tears, and blood and give it all to the game. Their determination and these values combined with Bhagawad Gita where Krishna tells Arjuna to not worry about the outcome and give his best to the action he is performing with the intention of constructive outcome will in my opinion prepare individuals to perform a lot better than yesterday.

Tales of Chakravarthy Samrat Vikramaditya of Ujjain should inspire people to learn values and have the grit to follow them under adversity.

Youth should be given education in balancing their emotions and how to channelise them. Motivational topics should be included in school curriculum as the students know enough of science but they don't know the Science of Life. They are not taught how to handle emotions like anger, lust, greed etc. They are not taught how to be successful in life and also how to face failure.

We need men/women of conviction and structure who need to guide the young generations. We would need a HRD research team to conduct a detailed research on the behaviour of Indians, to understand why they behave the way they do. Why most of them do not believe in honest paths and how the system can be modified for the better. It is a social phenomenon which has to be changed and it is very important to chalk out programs by the research team which will instill back values in the society ingeneral

It is very important for the Govt to take bold initiatives to improve the coming generations of India. Mildness might not be an option. If the young generation is given in hands of the older generation who might have not followed enough discipline, honesty, values in their lives cannot sermon the young generation of those paths, nor will the youth believe in them. For this we need men of true values, who are dynamic enough to start taking up the responsibility of mentoring the youths.

Youth can be motivated and given social values by organizing awareness programme at small level by retired teachers or military men, who can play the role of grandparents for youth . Govt can play its role by providing funds through MLA's for these small scale motivation camps in the different colonies or society and keeping an eye on the process.

It can be explained how individual's growth and happiness in the society are linked to maintaining the social values of it. Making the individuals convinced on the point of 'live and let others live' is also important. The point of what happens if nobody cares for the other and the stress that it would cause to all the concerned, need to be discussed. Some NGOs and social groups may come forward to offer some guidance on this. But it is important to offer it with convincing logic.

A clear explanation/description can be offered about why social values need to be maintained. A few decades ago, there were grandparents and others who had ample time to offer this information through interesting stories and real-life examples of their neighborhood. But these days, it needs to be offered through other means, with clear logic for the information provided. Advantages of maintaining the social values and the problems that can occur if nobody cares for them have to be explained.
