create an organisation, which may be called --- bharat suraksha sangathan, in which all youths in the age group of 17 to 37 can be enrolled on optional basis, for week end training in self defence, civil defence and environment defence. all youth organisations, like NCC, scouts, nehru yuva kendra, etc, under various ministries, should be subsumed into it. if any youth wants to join government, for him make it compulsory. this will instill values of service, patriotism in youth

It is respectfully submitted that a perusal of Exhibit B 16 would establish that one Mr. Augustine Pereira, a missionary priest of Diocese of Trichinopoly, erected Stations of Cross with all prescribed conditions and ceremonies in the Church of St. Mary Magdalene.
