We can include Chapters related traffic Rules in Primary Education so that Youth will learn the importance and how to follow traffic rules which will reduce the accidents and our human resource will be saved.

Value their opinions, correct if wrong. Try and implement their values/opinions allowing them to take the lead where the youth feels and will realize that, "YES My values and opinions are being considered and might affect others. I need to act and behave responsibly". Once the youth gets the feeling he shall and will develop and preach social values.
