Dustbins should be installed on Roadside's. Public toilets should be increased and maintained so that people stop shitting openly.

Sir In jammu few leaders like lal singh n explled bjp mlas again joined bjp.sir its good to rejoin experienced leaders to make jammu bjp strengthful but about their black money n their involvment in grabbing various govt. Lands.u must check their property n assets they have.aapki kathani aur karni mein aantar nahi hona chahiyaee.

it should start from a very basic level. schools should have this as a subject and should conduct various activities concerned in which teachers and the principals should take part actively. this should be promoted by local leaders, businessmen, doctors, bureaucrats and other respected personalities of the area. this would create a healthy impact about social values in the minds of every student.

कोई सी भी डिग्री मिलने के लिए 1-2 साल की ग्राम सेवा या समाज सेवा अनिवार्य कर देनी चाहिए। कई देशों में ऐसा है भी ।

My suggestion is to use different types of sensors to protect our border from enemy / terririst entry, like motion senser, heat sensor, smoke sensor, laser sensor etc. These will save our soilders life & we can track & deal properly with enemy.

NCC/Boy Scouts/NSS should be strengthened and made compulsory at school & collage level.Outstanding & medically fit candidates to be absorbed in Police/paramilitary/RPF/Home Guards and other such Institutions.Otherwise u have corrupt politicians and bureaucrats making money and promoting caste and chamchas/ people in recruiting.
