Sir, As we know in university/school if attendance is short than we will allow to enter in the exam hence will will not allow /eligible to upgrade the class. Now as I am watching the parliament proceeding every day most MP are bunk from the parliament. Is any policy if MP will not attend the house at least 50% they will not allow next time to fight election?

A Person is ineligible to a Government Job if a criminal case is registered against him...But he is eligible to praticipate in Elections...Is there any real need to allow them for elections ?? can't a purest person win an Election??
