No politician should head any of the sports federations.Only sports persons who have achieved distinction in their field should head the federation. They should be made accountable for everything.

As the name #MinistryofYouthAffairsandSports suggests,
1. Please bring in Youth into administration.
2. A sportsman/woman's life has a shelf-life. It's only greats like Sachin get to play for 20+ years. So ensure retired Sportsman/woman to participate in Sports Adminstration. 3. Have Management Schools offer Masters in Sports administration in their curriculum.
4. The most important one- please get rid of reservation in Sports.
5. Bring all Sports bodies like SAI, BCCI etc under CAG.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

1) make post of official accountable for his decision
2) strict punishment for corruption, mis-management
3) simplified structure of organization (eg. Cricket -- villege level to international level under one body). If players are not performing in international level, than action accordingly Point-1 & 2.
