If private hospitals can perform so well why not govt. hospitals-reason will not there.Make compulsory work in govt.hospitals as JR before considering for PG.25% seats only with out work experience, 75%seats only after working,if in rural give more marks.( give 730 days of working compulsory or else they will take all eligible leave). Increase PG seats, allow private hospitals also to offer PG but with all regular checks by MCI and govt. When qualified people more health alsowill increase.

I have a simple suggestion for reducing diarrhoea in children which contributes to 21% of deaths. I strongly believe educating and encouraging mothers to feed infants and children below 5 years with spoon rather than with hand would reduce the transmission of infections due to poor hand hygiene. I do not have an evidence to back up my suggestion but I think it just needs common sense to understand it is lot easier and requires less amount of water to clean a spoon compared to cleaning hands.

It should be made mandatory for school curriculum to include a separate subject on health apart from a Games period. This subject can have a practical as well theoretical approach. Yoga can be taught stage wise over a period of years at a young age as well. Theoretical content can include knowledge of common diseases in today's society, basic first aid etc. School projects can include designing public awareness campaigns.

we should introduce a scheme like if some one purchase a condom pack he will get a HIV testing kit free of cost which will enable him to chk his HIV status without being a matter of social outcast , but before this one must have adequate info about the disease which can be brought up via introducing a sex education a compulsory subject AnD also by promoting parents to talk about sexual hygiene with their kids .

Hopefully Someone will read and act on this. Our Passport Department in New York does not have any way of communication with the consumers. They have outsourced the passport work to BLS International, and they have a phone number listed on the web site which does not work. We pay the service fee but no service. I request Indian Govt to look into this matter and ask all the passport departments in USA who handles Indian passport work to improve their communication.
Thanks

Ebola related concern, there should be health check up points or camps all over India specially in border areas.
airports should have must check up points for each and every person all coming to India. as prevention is better than cure there should be advertisements related to these and if any medicines to be used on precautionary basis, may be any treatment on mass level as done for killing mosquitoes as a precautionary step should be taken. Posters, pamphlets, ads for symptoms, awareness etc
