Sir, I want to talk on cleanliness. We do not have dustbins and public toilets anywhere. In vadodara on busy road like OP road, there is not a single dustbin or public toilet. We must have this in place and then strongly implement not to throw garbage on streets. This can be done with heavy penalties which will be a deterrent for people not to dare throw a garbage on streets. Before we impose such things government must be equipped to even lift garbage on equal intervals.
