Dear sir
I live in delhi . The city is full of mud and dust. Please plan it in such a way that there is no open area for mud... as even if small wind blow all the mud gets mixed in air and it's very difficult to breath. Our homes get dirty very soon. There is always dust in the air and it is very bad for health.we have the right to inhale clean air .
Thanks

Education is the key to prevent the disease as well as to prevent its effect on the person as well as on the society.
We have to treat HIV/AIDS as a disease and its sufferer as a patient rather than taking HIV/AIDS as a sin and the patient as a sinner.
With reduction in stigma; we can persue people to get their HIV scrrening done and ART started if needed. Patient comes to get his BP check because he has no stigma with it. Similarly we have to treat/ test HIV/ AIDS

Free and complacency check-up of HIV test, government can complacency to people for family planing, polio doses and many other, then why not for HIV test. Many disease R spread through the negligence of doctors so be care full when we take treatment or internal check-up through doctors.
