India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Considering Delhi's water problem and its future need, based on other city's example Delhi must have one very huge artificial lake on the land available at the bank of Yamuna, which can be proved very beneficial for the city:- It can be a very good source of water harvesting and preserving water for Delhi's own need. It can really add one more beautiful picnic/tourist spot for Delhi. It can really help in increasing green cover required for decreasing Delhi's pollution and clean environment.

In railway stations, dust bin kept to collect waste. But in railway compartment / coach, no dust bin kept. So, passengers throw empty food packtes & other waste material out side of compartment when train in moving condition - on open reailway track area. Which is directly effecting near by farm / city area. My suggestion is to kept dustbin in every compartment, so it help to healty & cleanliness. These suggestion also help in creating job in cleaning in railway department.

Say no too polytheen but if polytheen is available someone use it. Why not make sure these factory close down so no factory. No issue of substance. Per sarkar ko kamai ki chinta jayeda hai or logo ki kam.

Aaj news aaya ki sarkar khudra cigrate ki bikri pe kanoon lane wali hai. Ki ab khudra cigrate nahi melega. Per ye kanoon kyo nahi lati ki cigrate factory band ho.l

Dear Modi Ji Namaskar, I have a suggestion. In the best interest of people Bank should not charge for atleast 10 withdrawals during the month. Kyun ki kam se kam mahine mein 10 baar to karcha ho hi jata hein har jagah pe card use karne ki facility to nahi hoti. 5 bar withdrawl ki limit to yunhi nikal jati hein har baar Bank charges deduct kare to thodi taklif hoti hein. Aap is baat pe vichar kare. Limit Withdrawl amount pe ho toh koi baat nahi lekin No. of pe rahe to dard hota hein....Jai Hind

Aap logo me ye site chaloo kar ke aachha kam kiya. Bahoot aachha laga. Is ke jariye mai ek bat kahna chahata hoo ki aap log bolte hai cigrate mat pio per Singapore ya or nahate state ki tarah kanoon nahi late. Sabse jayeda noksan to gutka se hota hai. Per usper koi karwai nahi. Polytheen ka to alag hi bat hai. Sarkar ko koi aaisa kadam uthana chahiye jis se aaise factory band ho. R/sThe women working in Central govt get only8 c.leaves/Yr which seems to be unjustified as the women are physically weaker than men.When the nature has given them dissimilarities we should obey and respect them.During delivery of child we provide them 6 months leave but when they pass through the monthly cycle of periods(which is also a painful and anemic process ) we do not recognize it while the doctors recommend rest for it. Haryana govt give20c.leaves/yr to ladies due to their monthly prob.

Mr Prime minister I request you to look over city the people of 17 localities have been sitting on a dharna for more than three weeks, demanding shifting of the dumpsite to another place from bhagtawalla dump. Protestors said that the issue has brought BJP and Akali leaders face-to-face and they have been indulging in a political slugfest rather than finding a solution. we are in huge problem not any minister is helping us to make solution of bhagtawalla dump. people giving 24 hour dharna.

Across the country In all govt hospitals, Patients are accompany with so many people. Most of the time, Staff is busy in pushing them away. We need to initiate some strong and effective steps to streamline the operations and give proper attention to patients.
