India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Last date for sending your suggestions is 26th November, 2014.

Respected Sir, Thank you very much for doing such a wonderful job for our country. We respect your dreams and hope they should come true very soon. For cleaning India, we require toilets and dustbins every where so that people should practice not to litter anywhere. If these things will not be available for the people of our country then they will be forced to spoil and litter anywhere. Good day sir, Clean india to keep india clean we can try with this All the state CM should call meeting withall MLA and tell them that all the MLA call all MC and surpanch and tell them all the MC and surpanch should take weekly round in there area and put there report to him and MLA while in route should surprise visit in any one village or area if something found wrong then pull his shooks and those who make dirty should be punished with 100 or 2nd time 1000 rs strick rule no simpathey

How good it is that the CM of UP celebrates his 75 birthday and spending over 2 crores on it. As Indian I feel very shame. And do listen the comments of ajam khan on it . Is there anybody who can help this out.

if we want digital India then first of all we should brought down the prices of computers, inerest on such a extent that poor peoples can also afford it. then see how drastically we can become digital. because this sector of society always try to prove themselves on top, only requirement of things.

Govt. should encourage young people to start boat-shoping market in the rivers by doing so unemployed people will get self emloyment. also this will attract tourist, and people will go for such boat-shoping which will automatically control traffic, pollution and our main mission to Clean Ganga also can be achieved through this project.

72% portion of the earth has been covered by water, till then many places in our country having water problem. best way to spend one time on project water filteration plant and fetch water from sea and supply it to whole country. also we are experiencing flood to several rivers which destroys too much especially river bramhputra, we have to make strategy to divert this water which will not only save the lives due to flood but also we can provide water in the areas of scarecity. spent on this.
