India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Development of Kashmir: Start 2014 as time zero. India should carryout development works viz roads, education, health facilities, etc in Indian Kashmir. Pakistan may do such works in POK. Either side to have 5yr moratorium on cross border operations. Both nations appoint joint team to evaluate result in two Kashmirs in 2019. Resolve Kashmir issue based on performance of the two nations in their regions. Whole Kashmir will develop even if conflict stays. Move will diffuse separatists. KindRegards

I am very glad to know that your Govt. has taken up the important issues like Clean Ganga and Swachh Bharat which are the life line of our country. I will appreciate your govt. more if you can clean chit fund from our country. I feel very shame being a person from Kolkata where Sharada chit fund along with some influential people made money by cheating poor people. CBI who is an autonomous body still not showing that pace to arrest the culprits. I have a lot of faith on you in this respect.

The government should not allow any further splitting of the states. It has already wasted billions of rupees allowing states to split. Since every newly formed state has to set up its office, CM's residence, body-guards, other officials in the government, their offices, etc. - what a waste of money and resources which centre has to bear. In other words it is tax-payers' money.

The Indian government should find from Muslims if they want to go to Pakistan. Those Muslims who opt to live in India should abide by the laws and dare not put up any demands like give them the Taj Mahal, etc. Once given to them the government will not have any control over them. They can official get mobilized and will not allow any tourists. Moreover they want to have NAMAZ five times. This indicates that majority of the Muslims do nothing but pray. Friends "WORK IS WORSHIP".
