India has an estimated 20.9 lakh people living with HIV. However, nearly 30 -35 percent of these do not know there HIV status. After a person gets infected with HIV, there is a long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years when infected person may not have any symptoms till his immunity goes down significantly and he start getting different opportunistic infection like TB, diarrhoea, fungal infection etc. Hence most of the HIV infected persons present to health system in late stage when immunity is very low and their response to treatment may not be optimal. Also during this long asymptomatic period of 5-8 years, though they are infected but may not be aware of HIV status and are capable of spreading the infection their spouse or others if they continue to indulge unprotected sex.

Early detection of PLHIV is beneficial for patient himself as he can receive timely appropriate treatment including ART as well as for the community to stop further transmission of HIV.

We invite suggestion from community/ NGO/ CBO/ Civil society and public at large their views/ ideas on How to facilitate early detection of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and put them on ART as soon as possible.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, My suggestion to facilitate early detection of people living with HIV as follows 1. Sir, all most all our peoples are not showing interest to test their blood especially for HIV testing because they feel that the HIV is a separate disease from other and if the result is found positive, they feel that their name in the public will get spoil. Even in the villages, the peoples are not showing interest to participate in the HIV awareness program. contd..

The tow ways for healthy India 1st is band the Smoking & Gutkha but I think the best way is closed the production of Sigaret & Gutka

honreble PM sir, main aapko bharat swachhta abhiyan k bare me kuch apne vichar rakhna chahta hun, jisme ki dehradun dist ke tehsil vikasnagar k bare me avgat krna chahta hun.sabse pehle to main nagarpalika vikasnagar ke bare me btana chahta hun ki yahan pr jagah jagah pr kudaa fela rehta h jisse ki bhut sari bimariya fel rhi hai,nagarpalika ne vikasnagar me kahi pr bhi kudedan ki suvida nhi ki h jisse ki kudaa road per fela rehta h or jo footpath bnaye gye h wahan dukan walo ka kabja hai jise ki aam logo ko chalne me bhut dikkat ho rhi h or trafik itna bad jata h ki log road par nhi kr sakte aur accident hone ka katra h.kripya nagarpalika k liye is sambhand me avgat krne ki kripa kare. thank you..

A lot needs to be done to make Govt. hospitals improve their services in many areas like (i)availability of doctors as per timings(ii) cleanliness (iii) Equipments in working condition & means/system to maintain (iv) security, especially in Wards (v) adequate facilities in mortuary to maintain & handover body in a proper way (vi) Filling up of vacancies of all staff to ensure attention (vii)Excellent emergency services all 24X7 ensuring availability of trained doctors to handle at nights too etc

Respected/Honorable Sir, we need to utilize our young talent work force for the development of Country, need to provide work for every one (14+) who want to do a job or keen for job or needy as per his talent whoever is 14+ or from Matriculation, for 5 year / 10 year to Grooming individual talent to improve team problem-solving and help to make a skilled talent for Country, after that give a permanent job/ joining as per his/her talent and area of Interest.
