Ask NIC to design a software free for all citizens. This should restrict all minors, below age 16 from viewing and accessing unwanted content. This could include portals preaching extremism, mutiny, adult content and more. The software should essentially act as a firewall.

merge all regulatory bodies of mass communication-- audio (radio), visual (newspapers) or audio-visual (TV, films, internet) into a single Central Board of Mass Communication. As on date multiple bodies are working at cross purposes in directionless manner. Porn material, indecent representation of women, materials by international terrorist/criminals, etc are easily accessible to youth and will bring disaster to india. Modiji, delhi elections are warning. Act fast or be ready for rout in 2019

Well PM Sir, Not sure when this post will be read by your staff. I would like to forward a Digital plan, This is not new and has proof of concept as well. During Beijing Olympic, China has implanted CCTV across every part of beiijing and entry point of Beijing, What they did was amazing. For each and every persons face was recognised and entered into database. By this they were able to identify who is new commer in the city and who is who ? I might say can we do something like that.

I am not sure how to comment on write up here. Any way @Girish Sony : The problem you say is not yet, first thing is traffic education. Where to stop your vehicle , how to move in lanes etc, That should be displayed clearly every after 500 - 1000 mtrs . Second on the turnings , road painting with arrows will surely be helping to understand things better. Next part is implementation, Which is Traffic Police issue and they are very good into that. Then it is coming CCTV etc.

We should involve our children online only with their relevant work to enhance their knowledge. Like we can tell them to go through Indian history, video learning classes, motivational speech videos, biography of our leaders from this they will learn many thing and they will be safe. We should also spend time with them during this tasks.

Respected Modi Ji What is the benefit of that education system which can not give employment to students. If you can, then please change the system of education from the very beginning to avoid rat races in the jobs. And please do something good to those who are working on contract or daily basis.

For keeping children safe online we should see that the child is not opening an unregistered website,if he is on any social networking website like facebook, twitter, whatsapp, skype etc. we should See the child's activity and observe him if he is doing a bad then we should teach him that what is wrong and what is right, and one thing that I should tell to all the parents should see their children's activity on the social networking like see his profile infact I myself use facebook there is nothing bad about social netwirking but there should be some limits.
