The Internet and social media platforms provide its users an array of opportunities to engage, participate, interact and learn. At the same time, they pose a significant threat to users in terms of privacy, security risks and cyber bullying.

In order to sensitize and create awareness among young internet users on safe and responsible use of internet and available online technologies, Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) seek suggestions on a discussion titled “How to keep children safe online?”

The best suggestions will be incorporated in awareness and sensitisation plan to be unveiled/launched as a part of Internet Safety Guidelines for children and Youth.

The last date of submission of your comments is 17th February, 2015.

Respected PM Saheb, MCD is under BJP since long. Please go and see the roads and streets of Delhi, you will realise what your Counselors doing, your MPs are not even bother to visit their constituencies. Your Party got a clear Mandate to rule India with a positive hope. I know even you are working towards the same but you have to understand the mood of the nation, which Kejriwal has done and so he got this mandate. Once again I am requesting yourgoodself with a hope that you will learn from this

Sir Children as well as parents should be made aware of the dangers in using internet.Parents need to keep a tab on childrens online activities.Blocking unauthorised sites is another way out. In schools they can be taught safe internet usage.

Respected PM Saheb, Try to learn from this massive Defeat in Delhi. Public of India always go with their heart and not with their brain, which is clearly evident from this Delhi Poll. Kindly do some favourable work to keep BJP into the race. Make basic requirement of people of India cheaper like Electricity, water, food, safety etc. People of India don't like only speeches they want some positive actions too. Your government could do all these things very easily but didn't during last 8 months.

Respected P.M.Modi Ji, Result of Delhi assembly election has compelled us to consider over our mistakes committed by our party. No.1) In regard to black money,the statement of Mr. Amit Sah Ji just before election of Delhi that slogan given by Mr.Modi ji in May 2014 Lok Sabha election was only a "political Jumla". This was a major mistake,while you have already told in Man Ki Batt on the said issue.People thought that the slogan of black money,corruption,safety of women n reducing prices .....

Children should be given separate login ID with maximum control on unwanted Websites through security settings. Further they should be constantly monitored for better guidance. Family members should play with children on online games and entertainment for understanding their requirement.
