Having strong content filters both at home and at school will ensure children are safe online. Another important aspect is that both parents and teachers need review the websites and content that the children are viewing on a regular basis. the word is Be Attentive. You cannot move them out of internet, but provide them with the right resources and you are good to go.

Don't allow the children to use internet if you can not keep watch on them. Allow them to use internet for educational purposes in presence of you.
