By providing cold storage near to harvesting location i.e. farms
Make a rule for all the restaurants, hotels & super market to buy local available fruits and vegetables also for foreign chains like Mc. Donalds, KFC etc
Also make a department which will collect the waste fruits & veg. & will supply to the GOSHALA (place where dairy animals lives). the spoil will be supplied to green manure plant, where it will be converted to manure.
Educate the farmer for seasonal and profitable cultivation.

there should b facilities or direct opportunities for the villagers to directly connect to the consumers.
The intermediaries stack up the veggies from different farmers and just let the stale in the warehouse.
The farmers should b giving the facilities as to transportation and storage of their growings.

I will write about traffic sense of my citizen friends. We are self centered and do not care for rights and convenience of others when out on the street. The courtesy of " Give Way" system is not in our blood this ia because we have been under foreign rulers for hundred of yeras and are used to ways of a slave. We must teach every indian of every age to learn to stand in a queue, wait for his turn, show respect to other indian on his side, respect others when in public areas this needs efforts

Firstly, the fruit & vegitables life time is 2 to 4 days. We should locate AC storage sheds every 6 to 10 Kilometers distance for farmers, and a nominal fee we should collect from them. Then after the farmers take away their items and sold to the public with in a time of one month because the life time of fruits and vegitables increased from nearly to 2 days to 1 month due to the AC storage sheds.

Cold storage is the answer . Cold storage can be created very cheaply . High grade insulation panels can be put together anywhere and solar panel refrigeration can create on site temporary storage . Cold storage transportation can reduce deteriotion of produce and lengthen the life of produce . Cold storage train bogies can increase penetration of market , making produce awailable in furtherest corners of india .

Recently, I traveled in Sleeper Class(Muz-Delhi) to check if performance of Railways has improved or not for common people. On the radar of cleanliness, I was a bit satisfied. But, corruption has not reduced. In front my eyes, a TTE took 200 bribe to offer a seat to passenger. My phone was off, and I could not make video of incident. When I confronted him, he started shouting at me, and he said even father of Modi can not stop corruption. I was totally disappointed at that time. But, I will not

When our nation shouts for right to free education and governments repeatedly says about promoting education are we making any improvement??Just think of scenes which i believe everyone should had seen like small children who should be seen at schools with books being outside in hot sun sellin and working to earn their living.VIP , ministers and cars and vehicles of many such peoples might had passed across theses faces but nobody looks into it.I have a dream to create a moving educational hub.
