Sir, We all know our right to avail opportunities from the government but fail in performing our duties. I am happy to learn that 3 R technology is being adopted by Ministry of Environment for noble cause to protect the environment and conserve the natural resources. Please direct M.P. and M.L.A to make green-land by Plantation in their respective constituencies. This will help in combating air pollution i.e rise in ambient temperature and climate change.

How we dispose tons dead dry leaves, year on year? Disposal is done by burning the dry leaves. This not only pollute the environment but also wastes a useful resource.
Dry leaves can be palatalized and can used as fuel or making manure. Choice is yours..
Rural and urban poor can make money by palatalization of the dry leaves and selling it as alternate fuel.

Along with saving trees, we have to grow more and more trees also. Now a days, in metro cities pollution is a big problem and to sought out this, more and more trees is a best solution. I request Mr. Prime minister to have a special attention towards planting more and trees in metro cities(like delhi, mumbai etc.). And if possible, there must be a movement related to this.

Wastes from humans and animals should be recycled as green manure at the same time entire rural India needs to be equiped with solar energy panels (cow dung cake as household fuel needs to be gradually phased out!)

Natural resources are being used by bigger corporate managements for generating their own money. They cannot just eat away the nature that belongs to all living beings. If they are consuming it they should also be bestowed with the responsibility to plant trees, plant forests, create lakes etc and maintain them.they just can't get away simply making money for themselves and paying some nominally paid tax.
