Cattle constitute a relatively unexploited resource for the rural populace.I suggest the Govt to give projects to IITs to develop compact and efficient animal equipments. Most of the agri transportation is over short distances and can be managed if animal carts are not that messy. It will be cheap, environment friendly and will also solve the law & order problems created by illegal cattle slaughter. It may sound retrospective but out of the box thinking is the way forward to sustainable development

The local administrations may identify and promote -
1. The local area plantations for manufacturing of Dry waste / Wet waste dustbins for public use.
2. Subsidy in transport system and proper to and fro movement of farmers to markets will impact on their earnings and thereby the produce.
3. Suggestions for Medicinal plants as inter-crop will benefit the farmer.

We are now creating awareness on Energy saving like saving of electricity, saving of water, saving of trees, saving of air. Many appreciable steps are being taken on these, but what about saving of Land, the soil.
1. Usage of items other than natural products will pollute and depreciate the Land.
2. For producing a small piece of metal or non-metal piece the soil, Electrical energy and money is wasted. If expenditure on unnecessary buying in govt sector minimized, public money is saved.

For clean environment:-
1.select a town.
2.note the pollution there
3.make law of planting plants in every window of a house(min.2 plants each window)
4.give muncipal coperations order to provide one plant each house
5.make penelty if min. plants are not found
6.check the pollution after 3 months
plz take any one town which is polluted and do this expriment you will find clean air in that area
then make it applicable in urban polluted cities
many plants together will make difference

2. FOOD. here only solution is every farmer should make own food for grains for their daily needs. Need separate plans for region wise food system. Ration system and subsidy has very much limitations. Make a system for collect their agri products buy on demand or stock it on silos. Co ordinate farmers with agri and climate announcing department. Teach them value addition for their products.

Promote Traditional ways of farming like seed development, fertiliser making, Irrigation, low water using corp farming on dry areas. Promote forestry in agriculture this will raise our ground water level and this will reduce climate change and increase productivity from conventional farming. Use friendly insects instead of pesticides and chemicals.Use pheromone traps and other insect catching methods for pest control. Implement Organic farming through step by step to reduce investment.

Need long term plan to agri sector, here some ideas like zero budget farming is very useful for them. Mulching, composting, parallel dairy farming will help them to produce fertilizer without any investment for fertilizer. Support to produce seeds for barter system on all over farmers. Implement Mixed crop farming for their farmland to reduce risk rate. This will also help them to earn extra income other than main yield. Learn them to produce own seedlinks.
