As the Indian population continues to grow there will be an immense competition for natural resources while achieving food, nutritional, environmental and livelihood security in the country. In addition, the negative consequences of climate change become more evident in agriculture with exploitation of natural resources, decline in soil fertility, ground water levels to meet the ever increasing demands for food and nutritional requirements. To maintain sustainable balance between natural resources and the demand, immediate attention is needed in several areas viz., imbalanced use of fertilizers, declining soil organic carbon, lowering of water table, soil health, organic farming and climate change impact in agriculture sector.

Recent studies on soil biodiversity, rapid composting techniques, use of bio-filters for removal of heavy metals from compost, application of Nano sensors in agriculture to improve nutrient use efficiency, need based fortification of micro nutrients; availability of soil health card, conservation agriculture for enhancing soil health etc. will support sustainable management of natural resources in agriculture.

With a particular focus on scientific and technical understanding of natural resources management, this portal tries to incorporate stakeholders suggestions in achieving sustainable natural resources management.

Recently the the fixed PLI premium has been increased, this is due to the charging of tax on the premium amount. But all the customers are discontinuing the PLI. This may result in adverse effects on the insurance corner. I THINK GOV. SHOULD ENCOURAGE THE PEOPLE TOWARDS THE SAVING AND CANCEL THE TAXES ON THE SAME.

You should make it compulsory to install solar energy plant on rooftops of building more than 5 story. Also provide 50% subsidy for solar panel for houses installation according to tax slab provisions for general public. It should be done with help of state government..

India should tie up with Israel and take their expertise in agriculture. They maximize the output/Hectare land to the optimum level. If this is achieved in India, I think India will not only become self reliant but also start exporting.

Sir, It will depend on what natural resources will you rely and depend upon. You should be focused on solar energy and try to percolate its usage in lower stratum of society.

The fright carrier i.e. goods trains earn revenue to railways. The railways cross subsidize the passenger fare by this earning. then why this golden egg laying hen is given last priority. All passenger trains are passed, then the goods train will pass. This is where the dedicated corridor for goods trains will play an important role, may even help the cross subsidization of passenger fare.I would have loved if the Railways minister would have given a time bound road map for the same

Kindly include a plan for generating electricity from solid waste in each city or community. This system should act like a retail mall in a city . Different companies will setup their plant in city for using solid wastes. It will depend on customer to buy cheapest electricity from government or private company.

Every state have their own language and culture depends upon the people living in the state. But across the country all must be in the roof of India. We must go together to achieve what we are having in mind individually.
