You said in one of your speech that every Indian should have a house of his own. I think it is possible if you enacted a law stating one person can have only one house and these NRI's having flats and houses locked up should be made to pay 4 times the property tax what a resident Indian pays. In this way the prices of land or flats will be at the reach of all Indians.

Modiji, here our CM wants take fertile lands which are cultivating cash crops and convert into AP Capital. Please ask him not to do so. Food is required and as it is we are short of cultivatable lands. Stop him from destroying the greenary.

Modiji, for cleaning storm water drains in visakhapatnam the muncipality is using Jcb then allows the dirt to dry for a day b4 lifting the same. My idea is why not the muncipalities engage septic tank cleaning equipment which will suck the slit into its tank and dispose. In this way muncipality will also save lot of money and mosquitos will be less.

My personal view is that if the govt also planning to implement the same than pls notify students prior 3 yrs before implementation because lakhs of students are preparing from last 3 or 4 yrs.
