Instead of paying money to the illiterates, govt must make out tenders in rural areas so as to tackle such issues.

It's the responsibility of every Indian national to use it properly, but somepeople has the mentality that it is a thing of public use use it anyway. Campaign like swacch bharat will be provided flexibility to tackle this things. Here I want to say emphatically that this can't be done by spending taxpayers money. Ministers and bureaucrats at echons must have to act upon this because people in villages obey and understand them more than a common man.

sir, i belong to a village in which there is no toilet available in any house.this can be done by appointing the person (interested) from bottom level to locate and send it to concern office to build toilet.it has been seen that money is being given to individual but due to poverty common people using it in their daily expenditure.and in practical no toilet available at ground.you can ask well educated and self interested person to come forward and contact to relative office.

Self cleaning toilets can be made.

Pl ensure the sewage line should have proper level for transferring the sewage secondly these should not be far away.No of ETP plant should be increased for treatment and treated water can be utilized for gardening.These plant should have inter connectivity in case of breakdown the same can be transferred to other plant.Maximum plant should be near forest area,railway track and all colonizer should ask to build there own ETP before clearing there project.

We need to install Automatic Flush system. The door should open only when the commode is flushed. This means the flush system to be liked to the door open mechanism,. The inside of the latrines need to have display showing how to use and flush. Automatic announcing to be installed inside the latrine in Local languages and it should be operated when the door is latched till the latch is open to go out. Instructions to be sequential.

Dear sir, you may construct toilets for public use, but need to keep it clean for regular use. You may deploy manpower for this which shall help in providing jobs. These may be govt jobs but with min edu qualification of 12th pass / 10th pass with predefined riders that there shall be only one promotion of supervisor thru out their tenure. This duty to be done in three shifts. Annual Maintenance contract be awarded to maintain the toilets - choking / tap replacement etc.

Dear Sir I belong to meerut and as far as i am noticing since last 15 years in meerut surrounding , Muslims have been growing in populations very fast. try to read the local news paper and you will find that THE ISSUE OF LOVE JEHAD SEEMS TO BE RIGHT. i am not saying they all are wrong even all the Hindu boys are not good but the way they are growing, their population will cross the population of Hindus very soon so we need a very strict law for every body to control the population.

Awareness programme during local gatherings like temple/village festivals...in the form of folk dances, playing videos on issues of insanitary conditions (addressed by leading film personalities)... organizing a committee of religious leaders to communicate the issues to local public

sir,in my country i think the biggest problem is unemployment ,illiteracy ,healthcare facilities and the labour intensive industries....sir you have given make in india slogan it should be implemented as soon as possible so that the biggest problem of our country unemployment could be reduced....
