We can set up enviro friendly automated latrines that flush on every exit and before every entry. And take the sludge to accumulation banks to harness this waste for bio energy.

At the first instance creating awareness among the mass. A separate project has to be envisaged & with accountability. Entrusted management should be solely responsible in up keeping of the cleanliness. Govt. departments involvement should be nill as they lack honesty & sincerity instead independent group should be formed & should be driven on a contract basis. If the contractor lives upto to the expectations future scope be extended else change is inevitable
