Mahatma Gandhi was a man of true philosophy. We also called him father of nation. His contribution to India and world can't be forgettable. A leader who loved by all. He wrote many books. He was a religious person. He believed in non violence. His emphasis on truth. He worked very hard for freedom of India from the British rule. He United the nation. He always worked for Ramrajya in world.

I would like to have a independent appraisal body for performance appraisal of group c and group d employees in railways, particularly in technical department such as electrical and coaching .So that the benefits of over time allowance cannot become a right of employees who score low on technical knowledge required for daya to day activities.
