The enormity of the situation brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic invites – or rather forces – a reflection on the nature and effectiveness of our systems of governance. And not just of health systems, but more broadly the governance of issues in a Pandemic.

Governance, is frequently used to refer to certain positive attributes organizations and institutions (often public institutions) should incorporate. These attributes include some concepts such as:
• Transparency
• Accountability
• Control of corruption
• Efficiency
• Inclusiveness
• Rule of law

This manner of understanding governance, often also referred to as “good governance”, suggests that effective governance is about setting rules and incentives such as enforceable orders, directives or recommendations. Through these, the behaviours of a substantial number of individuals in the group of interest are steered in a direction that is conducive to achieving collective goals.
In the current situation with the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, the central governance issues have been facing a number of challenges. The coronavirus pandemic is here and its effects on lives are still unimaginable. It has opened eyes to the limitations we have to generate effective governance in the face of a public health crisis.

To address the challenges, the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances have operationalized the ‘Idea-Box’ for receiving Ideas and Suggestions on the topic “Good Governance Practice in a Pandemic” with effect from 02.11.2020.

जिस प्रकार एक डूबती हुई कंपनी को एक अच्छा पढा लिखा ,अनुभवी मैनेजमेंट उबार देता है ।अर्थात मैनेजमेंट अच्छा हो तो वो कंपनी कैसी भी हो आसमान छूती है ।और एक बुरे मैनेजमेंट कितने भी अच्छे कंपनी हो उसे डूबा देता है उसी प्रकार किसी एक गाँव, नगर ,जिला,राज्य के प्रमुख नेता सरपंच ,अध्यक्ष ,जिला अध्यक्ष ,CM होते है अगर ये नेता अनुभवी और पढा लिखा न हो तो वो राज्य, नगर कभी विकास नही करेगा एक IPS अफसर बनने के लिए कितनी सारी पढ़ाई करनी पड़ती है उसी प्रकार एक नेता अच्छा पढा लिखा हो इसके लिए कोई कानून होनाचाहि

वैसे तो सदैव विशेषकर ऐसे आपातकाल में कर्मचारियों के काम मे लचीलापन रखें। लॉकडाउन के प्रारंभ में बड़ी संख्या में दफ्तर बंद कर कर्मचारियों को घर बैठा दिया गया। दूसरी ओर बहुत से सामाजिक कामों के लिए काम करने वालों की बहुत कमी महसूस की गई। जैसे राशन वितरण वृद्ध असहाय लोगों की घर पर ही देखभाल अस्पतालों में स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की सहायता लोगों को बीमारी के विषय में जागरूक करना एक व्यक्ति द्वारा एक बच्चे को पढ़ाना ताकि शिक्षा ना रुके आदि आदि। बिना अतिरिक्त खर्च के अनेकों काम सरलता से हो सकते हैं

Dear Govt. Officials, Once the vaccine is ready, I have the below suggestions to implement the vaccination successfully to the entire population: 1. Conduct Vaccination just like the voting process. Once vaccinated, for identification the vaccinated patient should be marked with voting ink. 2. Only vaccinated individuals should be allowed in public places. Security personnel should verify if the individual is vaccinated at entry points of metros, shopping malls, cinema halls etc.

Right time to research the culture and make it mainstream. Currently even regular fasting , chanting mantras , different diets , different culture/ practice on different dates /occasion are being plagiarised and come back with IPR at 10x cost from goras ! High time Hindus get their self respect ! Will tughlaq collegium run by mecca /vatican slaves for last 75 years under charade of 1rule4all do it not possible under India guran bcoz owned by muslims , lutyens dynasts to wipe out Hindus

To Make OUR democracy real&transparent&strong, it is ESSENTIAL to ensure that it is greater number of educated and informed&empowered voters who decide the winning MLA or MP or people representatives .FOR this to happen , election law must be REFORMED with THE PRIME CONDITION THAT ONLY elections with 90 % minimum polling will be considered as valid in all FUTURE LOCAL& assembly& lok sabha elections! IS any one listening?WHO WILL BELL THE Cat? is the Trillion $ Question Though!!!

ग़र करते हो अपनों से सच्चा प्यार, covid में ध्यान दे ये बातेँ चार! घर से बाहर न निकल, पर ग़र निकालना हो मजबूरी चेहरे पर मास्क लगा और दो गज की हो दूरी! हम भारत के वीर सिपाही यहि अपना है हथियार! साबुन पानी से हाथ साफ कर देख स्वच्छता को अपनाकर, covid रहे या ना रहे, आजीवन रख इसे दूत बनाकर! हम भारत के वीर सिपाही सदैव रहते हैं तैयार, सुबह हो या हो शाम दोपहर हो या हो रात, साफ सुथरा घर का खाना, अच्छी है ये बात! हम भारत के वीर सिपाही नहीं देखें कभी हार, प्रेम करुणा से भरा, करते वीरों सा व्यवहार! ग़र..
