There should be some positive steps taken in favor of the teachers community in this pandemic situation. We teachers are also fighting hard to render education through online classes and adapting to this new method of teaching
But in return we are not even getting paid complete salary in hand
Gov is taking steps for parents and children considering their difficulties but what about the teachers.
Wishing to get a positive steps for us
Thank you
Regards

Let us call a spade a spade! Despite being a Doctorate Holder from a Reputed University of ParisVI, in Biochemical Paharmacology&Perinatal Biology,I am ashamed to shout that so-called modern medicine or allopathy has failed the world at large&the Lakhs of deaths from corona virus in so-called developed nations like USA europe etc is proof that Allopathy is NOT CURE ALL branch of healthcare! May be Making Diseases&vaccines is a Multi_trillion $ Business! What a shame!

The enormity of the situation brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic invites – or rather forces – us to reflect on the nature and effectiveness of our systems of governance. And not just of health systems, but more broadly the governance of our very complex societies and their transnational flows.
I start with some definitions, as the term governance is itself broad and contested.

good governance includes not just drafting policies but developing an effective system of control mechanism whereby a check is done on the effective implementation of policy plans

To face this pandemic situation an employment bill should be required ilke krisi bill whose main motto is employees should receive their actual salary.
Employer book salary expenses 500000 but no employment given by them if government focus on this bogus salary expenses and salary is allowed if it is paid in through banking channel and no employee relates expenses are allowed if it paid in cash.
