A good governance model does not merely hold the title itself but it should be a model of great interoperable and dynamic digital eco system wherein people are able to communicate with authorities at the local levels and effectively share thier issues forward so there should a platfrom wherein if there is any problem to any citizen it immediate gets resolved quickly like if there is a street light or water pipe maintaince related work then people should receive real time updates of the same.

Distribution strategy for covid-19 vaccine is being discussed.
It is logical to give first priority to health care workers and police personnel. But giving second priority to aged above 65 is not understood.
In my opinion, young persons shall be given priority as they have to travel and work in crowded places.
Aged persons are mostly retired and have to stay at homes. As such they are safe. Also, as young persons at homes are vaccinated, chances of infection reaching homes will get reduced.

Dear PM ji, Good governance during covid-19 it was a challenge thrown by the central govt.but found lacking because of corruption, Central Govt need to implement all forms of benefits to its population directly in their account. It is immediately need to form a body who can check or turn the every pages of work or progress and see the lacking & terminate or retire all those corrupt people, who only sees their own progress & not helping for India's growth. Now it's time to say no corruption.
