A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country.  As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

sir for giving 5 kg cylinder the ioc dealer insists on buying gas stove +rubber in kanpur . pl get it sorted out. the scheme is for poor . let us win votes by giving it without any strings. moreover it should be for people less than 1 lakh per annum.

A full proof LPG delivery system using the IT technology is pre-requisite to the Govt. for this porpose,IVR & R/F Smart Card Delivery,using R/F tags is most important to control the inventory,Diversion and Over charging by the distributors and Deliverymen, it may be used in Kerosene as well.There is a necessity of a common IT Delivery package among 3 Oil Companies"Sahaj" Yojna Needs Mass Promotion to the public maximising the use of e-payment mode and ease of getting the services.

Presently ir-respective of family size, per family cap is of 12 cylinders per year, which is double of average consumption per family post cap. So new definition of family can be framed and cap of 12 cylinders should be lowered to 6 immediately. New Definition of family can be framed Or cap can be fixed depending of family members. Presently family size of 1 member or of 12 members, both get 12 subsidised cylinders. 1-3 member family can diversify the LPG for small amount of money.

there should be the revision of criteria of taking rasan . there is a huge no. of families who who are not so much poor to take rasan .

Give Option to Customers for giving up LPG subsidy and set up mechanism to take it back whenever they want to get LPG subsidy. This way more people can give up their LPG subsidy as getting subsidy in their hands (whenever they want to get subsidy)

Sir I would like to drag your attaion towards the oil which is produced through the tyre & plastic waste which is very effective substitue of kerosin and other industrial burning oil .In todays time other county want to sell out this undegradable waste at free of cost and if v can buy the waste and process it and convert it into oil then v can also earn huge amount by selling this oil to other countries .This will help in reduce our waste and generate fuel which can replace imp fossile fuels.
