Sir, regarding give up scheme I would like you to provide an option to join back the subsidy scheme once some opts out of subsidy. This would encourage many people who want to give up but are little reluctant considering future needs or cost.
Sir request you to consider my suggestion.
Thanks
Ramesh J

Honourable Prime Minister
Reduce (decrease) subsidy monthly wise(small amount 5/-,10/-,20/-,) and slightly subsidy will come down and then open up the open market price of LPG
(updated the global market)This May take several months (0-18months).

Sir, many consumer buy kerosene at premium rate from grey market which is actually subsidised kerosene sold through PDS. If kerosene is sold at full price without subsidy through petrol pumps in 5 or 10 liter packs, such consumer will not buy from grey market and government will be able to sell at market price and save subsidy to that extent.

Sir
A large number of poor people are not capable of buying LPG cylinder of 14kg. Many people buy small gas cylinder from local gray market at a higher price. If you LPG gas cylinder at a differential cost (even if with lower subsidy) cheaper than normal commercial rate is sold through petrol pumps, small retail shop, ration shops etc. near slum areas, villages and where large number of poor and below poverty people are living, it will be a great initiate for poor people.

Respected Sir, Beside the diversion, I would like to explain the problems of the village LPG consumers that I live in rural area and a LPG consumer. For the collection of a LPG cylinder a consumer visits to distributor and their godown two to three times. This is the extra burden for the poor villager because of he/she leave his/her wages for that day. My suggestion is that a date & point in the village may fix for visiting the LPG Cylinder van and the consumer of the village can collect LPG Cyl

Sir, As on day many domestic LPG cylinders are used in commercial activities also. A mechanism may develop that a distributor may not sale out domestic LPG cylinder for the commercial activities. For the commercial activities must be commercial cylinders. A check must be carried out in markets that there is no domestic LPG Cylinder are used for commercial activities.

Honourable Prime Minister,
At present, our India is suffering a great deal of Water pollution which have enhanced the nutrient content. Algae are capable of utilizing this nutrients for photosynthesis and a special type is able to produce some chemicals which can be even used in engines. So this great deal of energy can reduce pollution and also the 'BOD' content of the polluted water bodies. I believe this algae can also grow in our climate and transported easily.

Mostly these two things used to cook food. And to reduce this burden, we need to identify alternate resource to fulfill this requirement. There are few things, like Solar-Cooker, induction-stove (only if used with the help of alternate resource of electricity). If one can change his/her mindset to move from conventional way of cooking to out of ordinary, that may help to reduce some amount of use of those stuff. #PetroleumSector, #OilExploration, #CrudeOil, #LPG, #Kerosene, #MyGov
