Starting from commercial areas start investing in central piped gas.
Make gas cylinders illegal in commercial use ( better security too in crowded areas).

I have at suggestion to motivate people to give up the LPG subsidy. If all people who give up subsidy are informed which household received the gas connection because of their surrender it would perhaps motivate more people to give up subsidized cylinders

LPG cylinder deliveryman is the sole contact point for many consumers. Deliverymen shud hand a "GARV SE GIVE IT UP" pamphlet to each consumer at the time of delivery. If consumers are interested then they can simply send an SMS with their consumer number which can be used to "GIVE IT UP". Need to scale up the "give it up" campaign. The slogan"give it up" should be projected as a symbol of national pride and contribution to nation building on prime time TV, Radio, cinemas halls.

Dear Modiji and Team, "Give it Up" is a great initiative however there seems a lack of thrust to make it a grand success. 20 lakh Indians giving up subsidy is too small a number considering the total number of LPG connections. We need to make sharpen this campaign as follows:
1. "Garv se Give it up" - Giving up subsidy should be campaigned as a matter of pride. Ads showing upwardly mobile individuals/ professionals who used to avail subsidy till yesterday taking pride in giving up their subsidy

Respected PM , This is in line with your existing Yojanas which brought a revolution in India, Making Team India capable and propserous.
I would like to introduce a health plan for Citizens at teh cost of their LPG subsidy.
I would like to suggest a Yojana, PM Jeevan Aarogya Yojayna. Where a health insurance of Rs 2 lakh would be given to all at the cost of their LPG subsidy.
Health insurance is very important considering the increased cost of health services. This will make India healthy

Sir Give it up scheme was met with great success. But many are not willing to give subsidies totally due to various reasons. For them we can launch a new program whereby the can contribute one to twelve month subsidy towards various welfare schemes through bank itself.thus they can retain subsidy and contribute to nation building

FOR KEROSENE FREE INDIA , WE NEED TO FIND OPTION. IN MY OPINION BIOMASS IS THE BEST OPTION. IMPROVED STOVES WILL BE DISTRIBUTE IN ALL PDS FAMILIES & ITS WILL BE BASE ON BIOMASS PELLETS . ITS GENERATE THE MORE N MORE EMPLOYMENTS IN RURAL SECTOR & SAVE VALUABLE FOREIGN CURRENCY. ALSO SAVE VALUABLE SUBSIDY OF OUR COUNTRY. THEN WE SAY SUBSIDY FREE KEROSENE. ALSO THE KEROSENE MIXING IN DIESEL WILL STOPPED. I HAVE COMPLETE DRAFT ON IT IF MY GOVERNMENT INTERESTED , I CAN PROVIDE..

Best example for kerosene is to reduce its usage. In Delhi, government gave subsidy to by LPG connections to poor, thereby making 1st state in INDIA WHICH IS KEROSENE FREE. we should emulate it in other states. Regarding LPG, I think adhar related DBT is full proof to prevent leakage. Further subsidy should be reduced gradually, also taxes should be reduced on it to make it affordable.

the best way is to allot Code or Alpha numeric character so that there is a record of each and every LPG in India . Kerosene can be distributed through more proper channel . CCTV can be installed to view any kind of theft with kerosene . Even there is need of Audit agency to give surprise visit whether here is any kind of illegal activity is conducted. License of those kind of distributor need to be black listed and a penalty can be asked for.
