9. Govt. / agency may randomly cross check the patient based on Aadhaar card regarding their treatment done by the doctor / hospital for which they have claimed. This may be done through mobile / personal contact.
10. In case of any fraud claim by the doctor / hospital, his registration should be cancelled after first warning with penalty.
11. People should be made aware of such plans through print and digital media.
12. Premium for luxury hospitals may be charged accordingly if one wishes so

5. Other than Govt. hospitals, Private hospitals and doctors should also be identified and nominated for taking up all people's health problems as and when they need it.
6. Govt./ insurance agency should pay the fee/all other expenses of the hospitals and the doctors per week as per their bills online.
7. Doctors / hospitals should mention the Aadhaar cards of the people, they have treated.
8. Every thing to be registered online to have transparency in their payments.
...Contd.

My suggestions:
1. first of all Aadhaar Card should be must for all the people of India to identify their nationality and biological identification.
2. Aadhaar card should mention the income of the family to find the people who really need free health care.
3. All persons, so identified, should be covered under comprehensive health care by the Govt.
4. all other people of india should also be covered under comprehensive health care plan by the Govt. on normal Fee.
....contd.

In India we need awareness in mothers. Though we have many programmes running for pregnant ladies but after what? We need should continue the follow up with those ladies who had health issues at the time of birth or the children who need special care after birth.

in my opinion our approach should be to eliminate the root causes for health issues rather than making patch up. first thing first
1) healthy life style or stress free life style: reference can be from our own ancient life style
2) cleanliness: our approach should be to eliminate wastage rather than sweeping the wastage
3) consider environment effect: we should consider effect on environment in everything we do
4) Healthy eating habits: avoid chemicals in food, stop producing chemical enabl

Ayurveda treatment is encouraged by Government. Many people take the first step but stop within no time due to the the person specific restriction on food intake etc. (CHARI as said in Gujarati). This leads to wastage of the Aayu medicines. My humble suggestion is to charge the patients and refund only if the course of treatment is strictly followed and cured with due discipline and diligence by honoring the food intake based restrictions...

Suggestion on Health Benefits-Budget-2016, Gujarat Govt.
FREE Medicines for Diabetes and BP.
Suggestion: Instead of Free Medicines, Responsibility may be given to all the Government Doctors to create and ensure more awareness on avoiding chances of BP, Diabetes etc. through Life Style changes. Target based and increments and Promotion may be linked with reduced numbers of patients. FREE Medicines will increase number of patients and undue load on the pockets of the healthy individuals.
