Most of the residents are using Washing machine for cleaning clothes, if we re-use waste water of washing machine for flush tank by this we can save atleast good amount of water.

Solutions to overcome water scarcity problems
A simple addition of a ‘water free’ male urinal in our homes can save well over 25,000 liters of water, per home per year. The traditional flush dispenses around six liters of water per flush. If all male members including boys of the house use the ‘water free urinal’ instead of pulling the traditional flush, the collective impact on the demand for water will reduce significantly. This must be made mandatory by law and followed up by education.

Respected Prime Minister Sir ,We can supply 24 hour water for drinking and irrigation purposes ,by desalination of sea water by external electric field and generation of electricity by separation of ions and generating steam followed by generation of electricity by the turbine taking heat energy from the sun and air. But you have to support us by financially and by providing us security and support of media. We can also separate ionic impurities from effluent water by external electric field

There is a huge golden business opportunity for chemical scientists in this area. Before launch of powerful detergents as cleaning agents for vessel or clothes or hands the used water was environmentally friendly and could be used for watering plants in kitchen garden. Now there is a need to develop another chemical to neutralize effect of detergents to make the water reusable - at least for plants/ garden. Also develop toilets non-stick and stain-resistant with little water. CSIR labs to note.

What I think is that use of a resource like water must be rethink. The flush system in toilets wastes lots of water, which I think 5-10 liters in one occasion. We need to find some alternate way for the purpose or should improve the current system of flushing in order to reduce water wastage. Because water is a kind of thing which is must to be alive by means of drinking it so it can not be let flow as wastage to flush at least to urine.
