A concept is framed for Dr.'s to accumulate credit hrs.making it compulsory may not be good idea. The knowledge we get is therotical. Many tim the speakers are very bad. The subject we hear may never use in our life time. The certificates are to be preserved and produced to renew kmc registration.Lots of money is spent in attending such programmes. A lots of Dr. Hours are spent in organising and attending. Huge collection of money, interference of people in regular practice gives way to corrupt

Long back Bapu told ' In this world we have sufficient for our needs, for greed? This greedy group is spoiling the health of society. Invariably these people have political support, even the police can't check them. The eyes of these people is always on successful projects. They don't spare even the farmers. Posing the environment related causes huge amounts are extracted from 'Ginger growing farmers'.These are political inspectors. A strict vigil ,Just a small raid is enough to control. Try.

Solar Agricultural Pump set should be subsidized to acceptable cost by farmer which will enable to reduce dependability on electricity. The generation of electricity is poor in Maharashtra and it is affecting efficient irrigation. Load shedding is unreasonable and supply is unpredictable.

1.Provide electrical /diesel fired furnaces at taluka level in the country to burn the dead bodies of humans. This will save the wood / trees. 2. At taluka level employ teams of ex-servicemen who will take up a job of forestation / plantation. 3. In 95 % of hotels / inns /lodges the hot water is provided in bathrooms. But hot water comes after wasting minimum 2-3 buckets of cold water initially . A regulation should be made to check such losses.

One good thing Ms.Jayalalitha did is making compulsory rain water harvesting. One should examine and learn what they could achieve. How this can be implemented in all cities.
