Inputs from the citizens are sought on the following critical issues related to the Targeted Public Distribution System:

I Correct Identification of Beneficiaries

(i) Exclusion/ inclusion criteria for identification of beneficiaries
(ii) Preparation of provisional list of beneficiaries, finalization of list, its verification and adoption.
(iii) Use of digitised beneficiary/ration card database and its verification
(iv) Continuous review for deletion of bogus/ ineligible ration cards and for issuance of cards to eligible beneficiaries
(v) Automatic electronic updation of database through ration card services

II Securing the Supply Chain

(i) Door- step delivery i.e. transportation from FCI/ intermediate godown to FPS by States or their agencies
(ii) Use of innovations for tracking of food grains across the supply-chain
(iii) Confirmation of receipt and distribution of food grains at FPS and its accountal for subsequent allocations
(iv) Fixing of accountability and responsibility at all levels
(v) Use of IT for managing the supply chain operations - godown operations (inventory management, release orders, truck challans, etc) - payment by FPS dealers (electronic challans, use of payment gateway, etc.)

III Delivery at the Last Mile

(i) Increasing FPS viability through reasonable dealer’s margins, sale of non-PDS items, incentives, etc.
(ii) Improving FPS network, infrastructure, performance etc. to increase efficiency and coverage
(iii) Steady de-privatization of FPS ownership
(iv) Innovations in distribution - bulk distribution, distribution on designated dates, distribution in presence of Vigilance Committee/ PRI members, monthly certification of distribution, etc.
(v) Use of IT based solutions for authentication of beneficiaries at FPS and confirmation of delivery of food grains
(vi) Automation of all processes at FPS - recording sale details, updating records for subsequent allocations, inspections, etc.
(vii) Portability of entitlement to any FPS as per beneficiaries’ choice

IV Participatory Monitoring and Implementation

(i) Strengthening Vigilance Committees and ensuring their effective functioning
(ii) Increasing the role of PRIs, NGOs, civil society
(iii) Putting all TPDS information in the public domain
(iv) Use of electronic platform to monitor end-to-end TPDS operations
(v) Setting up effective grievance redressal mechanism - institutions of DGRO and State Food Commissions, call centres, toll free helplines etc.
(vi) Educating the beneficiaries of their entitlements
(vii) Strict action against defaulters - strengthening the administration and enforcement machinery

There should be immediate amendment and policy announcement on APMC laws, former's should get good price for their products. Till today I have not seen any statement or action plan on how govt will help former's or agriculture community from Agriculture Minister!!!!!. I really don't know who is our agriculture minister, two days back I went to my village and they were asking me is there any minister for agriculture in Modi's government. I have not seen till today, what is the road map for Agricu

Sir, Spreading Cleanliness Massage in Public: In each Bus station Put Some Banner, Dustbin and Fine Notice of Rs. 100/- . and put Two supervisor who wear police dress and watch that the Public using dustbin or not. If those who are not using dustbin fine them. this idea is more effective for spreading cleanliness massage perfectly.

Cold storage should be under indian govt in every village to stop excessive storage of food products and to give proper value to farmers. Under govt custody, market price of daily food consumable will be decrease, and vaccancy for farmers will open one more benifit will be that proper valuable amount to be given to farmers ....

Sir 1- every Nagarpalikas web site there should be online complain system should be there 2- Like 108 service there should be Road Repairing Facility should be there where one can register complain of Road Pit and it should be solved within week. 3- Road Bump For School should be Plastic/Rubber and it is moveable. so only during school time only it is kept and after its time it is removed by school watchmen

Sir skill deplap per p p p mode sai goan mai ITI institute pertik 40km pluse 40km per kuki goan mai garv admi be 1000sai 2000 krch kar sakta hai bahar ..rent adi jada ho jata hai goan mai kam knowlege or padai likai hotai hai unkai leai ITI sab sai adiya option hai...

it needs to be apply like- aadhar link with subsidy in gas cylinder. But before doing the same ,the poor people must be make aware and positively added their aadhar and bank account properly. For this ground level work must be solid enough, so that no can be left. If it ispossible to apply this scheme ,to credit subsidy amount in bank account, more than 50 % corruption will be controlled easily.
