List of all the approved vendors/ road hawkers and their allowed spaces: There are a lot of small vendors who sell from peanuts to clothes to electronics in trains and other railways premises. To make it legalize and for safety purposes, the activity should be allowed to licensed vendors. E.g; a small fee of Rs. 2000-5000 per year can be charged to the vendors and they can be provided an identity card which would authorize them to carry their activities in a specific area.
