आज के भागमदौड के महौल मे त्यौहार भी औपचारिक ही रह गये है सबसे ज्यादा असर लोअर-अपर लौगो पर पढा है यह तवका सरकार से किसी तरह की मदद नही लेता, अत्मनिर्भर यह वर्ग अपनी परेशानी से स्वयं जुझता है और त्यौहारो पर भी अंदर से चाहे वित्तीय रूप मे परेशान हो लेकिन त्यौहर जरूर मनाता है चाहे औपचारिकता की वजह ही क्यो न हो और इसी वर्ग की वजह से त्यौहार जैसा माहौल हो जाता है क्योकि देश मे अधिकांश लौग इसी वर्ग से आता है सरकारे हमेशा इस वर्ग को सहूलियत का झुनझुना पकडाती आई है चल इसे बजा और त्यौहार उत्सव के रुप मे मना😃
