It is being seen that some junior officers posted in field Ignore the top officials of central government secretariat and state secetariates too. ln real terms the under secretary of central government should be given a proper protocol when he visits to any district of India. Likewise sdm level officer doesn't recognise a under secretary in states.

There have been lot of interactions of our Respected PM with Nri's around the globe, so while representing them, he should ask our Nri's to promote Indian culture worldwide by lighting Diyas at their home on Diwali, celebrating a colours party on holi. Apart from that there should be seminars conducted by our government bodies worldwide, explaining the importance of our ancient Systems, like Panchkarma, Naturopathy, Yoga, Pranayam & Meditation, Hawan and our festivals. There are lot of foreigners coming to India for these ancient Medical Systems, but if Government bodies will promote them by conducting seminars and telling the importance of it, number will increase. After Conducting Seminars, they should also distribute small books on all the therapies explaining all the benefits , as no one dares to read lengthy books.
