“Deshke Utsav” Is a campaign brought to you by the Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with the Government of India. The Utsav Portal website, a digital initiative developed and launched by the Ministry of Tourism, aims to showcase all the events, festivals and live darshans across India to promote different regions of the country as popular tourist destinations worldwide. This portal showcases the month-wise and State wise calendar contents on festivals, Events and Online Pooja/Aarti. The Ministry of Tourism invites suggestions from the citizens of India about the innovative ways in which we can save the disappearing festivals/cultures and the ways to promote them worldwide. Ministry of Tourism encourages users to visit the Utsav platform/website, where users can find information about various events, festivals, and can watch real-time darshans across the nation https://utsav.gov.in/ The best entries from the citizens will be identified by the Ministry and will be featured on the MyGov page. Last Date of Submission 31st December 2022

Dear bhai pm ji, festivals, fairs are to cherished by everyone.every child, once he is a grown up, has a childhood remembrance of fairs he had visited & enjoyed.to make these memories still stronger, enough space have to be provide for all types of displays,depicting fun, art, handicrafts, talents etc.and very strictly no vehicles, nor even bicycles should be allowed. there should be only enjoyment of all sorts.what we used to enjoy in child hood with a single paisa, has no equal to this day's crore of spending. the atmosphere should always to fun, divine, healthy & inspiring.

In olden days, the festivals are organised for family gatherings and creating bond among the villagers of the same locality. These festivals leads to match making among the youngsters. To promote such festivals Govt can form a Committe in the village level chaired by the District Collector to boost the celebrations of the festivals involving all the sects of the people with equal participation.Govt can allot funds to organise with local expos and skill exhibition of local youth

नाल गाड़ना काठैर, व्रज प्रदेश में पुत्र के नाल को भूमि में गाड़ने की परम्परा है इसे एक उत्सव के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस परम्परा को संरक्षण दिया जा सकता है।

छठ पुजा,उत्तर पुर्ब भारत मॆ मनाने वाला एक प्रमुख त्योहार मॆ से एक है इस त्योहार को उर्ज प्रदान करने के रुप मनाय जाता है इसमे सुर्य को जलदान आनिबार्य है इस लिए इसे नदी या तालाव के किनारे मनाया जाता है

We have to promote our festival by celebrating them and creating awareness on social media . Also put some competition and quizzes regarding the festival which promote youth and children to know more about our festivals. Hotels will provide some offers regarding that festival.

We can promote Festival Tourism Tour Annual Calendar where global citizens & our Country Persons can plan their holidays with their families, friends, office colleagues, Society members, Club members etc. These Special Calendars should highlight all Festivals/Fairs/Local Geo-Socio-Cultural events. Besides the Ministry should promote Short Tour Packages in & around these festivals/Fairs/Events. The package should include lodging & boarding arrangements preferably at govt. Guest houses or hotels on panel of Tourism department.
