“Deshke Utsav” Is a campaign brought to you by the Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with the Government of India. The Utsav Portal website, a digital initiative developed and launched by the Ministry of Tourism, aims to showcase all the events, festivals and live darshans across India to promote different regions of the country as popular tourist destinations worldwide. This portal showcases the month-wise and State wise calendar contents on festivals, Events and Online Pooja/Aarti. The Ministry of Tourism invites suggestions from the citizens of India about the innovative ways in which we can save the disappearing festivals/cultures and the ways to promote them worldwide. Ministry of Tourism encourages users to visit the Utsav platform/website, where users can find information about various events, festivals, and can watch real-time darshans across the nation https://utsav.gov.in/ The best entries from the citizens will be identified by the Ministry and will be featured on the MyGov page. Subject: Increasing the efficiency of our Local government. Problem: In certain areas, we find inefficient local government offices. For instance, the Water Authority Board in my panchayat is disastrous. There are days where we won't get water for a week. They won't provide us water until and unless we call them. Lodging a complaint against them is a long process . My Suggestion: Opening a PORTAL where the public can file complaints or rate performance of offices such as PWD, Water Authority, Electricity Board,Panchayats etc openly( ie. Open forum where everyone can view everyone's comments and problems). However the identity of the user should not be disclosed. As soon as a complaint is lodged, there must be an Authority which should look into the matter immediately and conduct an enquiry and solve it within 3 Months. The Government should take some measures that would pressurise officers to take action in Three Months.

Let is understand the issue in holistic way. The culture, festivals are still live, but dying because of pressure of external or urban chaos. To protect it, we need a reverse flow of attraction. It means a "spontaneous advertisement" Let's discuss how it is. A great no of young generation are travelling a lot to avoid hip-hop buzz of urban. They are exploring hills and tribals to find the purity. So, we just need to indulge the dying festivals to those people. Rest will be done by them i.e advertisement, blogging etc. We need micro setup to promote festivals and culture near to the "tourist spots". May needicro investment to local clubs, institutions ets who will inturn collaborate with hotel/motels to organize and perform rituals. That's it. It has to be self sustainable and will be. The financial flow between local community and tourist shall keep the eco system sustain. So, Government just need to identify the target places, indulge tourism startups and direct them to initiate.

Deshke Utsav an innovative initiative, a right step in promoting and celebrating the timeless festivals on the land of festivals, that is India. India celebrates Indian's and Indian's celebrate India. Utsav Deshka, i believe, will help in promoting protecting and preserving the royal patronage of orient celebration's. Deshke Utsav -se- Utsav Deshka envisions the celebrate nature of India, the land of Festivals. Deshke Utsav seeks to promote the ancient and new age festival's all around the world, that could be realisable, through promoting, Deshka Calendar and asking, all and everyone and helping in making one's life an utsav and celebrating every single festival, with love and well-being. India the land of festival's celebrate hundreds of festival's, celebrating the festivities of natural scope of festival's. Indian festival's have enormous scope in the 'world of celebrations' celebrating one and only Deshka Utsav.
