The frequency of the speech should be atleast one in a month. The topic should capture the current happenings and try to explain the situation in laymen language for which he is famous of.For example there is much hype about Swacch Bharat Abhiyan as public cleanliness drive. Now he should explain what are the main reason why the situation of uncleanliness is prevailed in India, what a government has done and what this initiate targets with what a common man can contribute.

When something is posted in " interact with PM" on pmo site, please send a reply or intimate the fate of that post. Otherwise people feel that it is just a sham and nobody cares for the post.

Hindi became the national language only because of a casting vote. If it was sanskrit, all would have had to learn. Now an undue advantage is given tio Hindi. South Indians will feel cut off if you stick to Hindi alone. Of course the address may be in Hindi. But please have translation in all languages including English. (ie: rebroadcast or real time translation so that people can understand better)

Being the PM you cannot have a fixed schedule every month. Work may require your attention elsewhere. If a fixed day is allotted every month, you may have to record and broadcast.
