need from nation about a particular topic ... one topic a bit in detail ... Title like -- Bharat Maa ka aadesh in PM sandesh

The frequency of address,I think lets PM to decide because of his busy shedule. But one thing that I want to say the topic should be, the works to be done untill the next speech. The reason behind that is, the people and specially the young generation will know that how many works he has done and how many are still pending. The another politically benifit also exisist there, that he don't have to mention that works in his spches during the election time becoz of the radio announcements.

frequency once a month is good and evry address should consist of specific theme for that month with a suitable and touchy title. goal of theme should be to direct people for certain tasks which people want to do but are just lazy or want someone to push them or take an initivative. now the topics can be related to healthcare, personal hygiene, road safety, environment, etc. and content should be specifically mentioning dem wat to do. like plant 2 trees/ take elders in family fr check up.

Frequency monthly on a sunday. Topics should be issue based. Not on performance but on plans for the future. Topics can be like women safety, jobs for all, compulsory education, self reliance in defence production etc. Each month one topic, duration 15 to 20 min. with 10 min interactive Q&A session on phone. Name of the address can be " Aap ka Pradhanmantri " or "Ek Soch, Ek Awaaz"
