As far as frequency of the address is concerned, i would suggest that it should be done first Saturday of every month around 1900 hrs; when almost all people will be in their home or will be in group hanging out together.
nature of topics & structure of it should be like conveying to people tasks done by government previous month and tasks to be done in coming month.
"JAN SAMVAD by PRADAHAN SEWAK" should be the name of this radio address.

Name : "janta ki baat ,janta k PM k saath"
Frequency : 1st of every month : 8pm to 9pm
Nature :
first half an hour on general topic : where PM can talk one topics such as women empowerment, job . His speech should also cover his experience with foreign trip , what all things we can learn from them & achievements during particular trip.
Next half an hour : Should be interactive session with common people through toll free number where people can share their problems just like movie "NAYAK"

The radio program can be named 'India Empowerment & Sufficiency'. Wherein short awareness lessons should be taught as subjects of India's general rules and regulations and penalties, Indian legends and their teachings, Central & different State Government's public policies and policy implementation strategies and it's direct influence and benefits on the people, active protection from natural calamities, education and reservation, banking and food chain policies & factual figures

As per my view the PM speech should once in a month. It should mostly be on Sundays and the time should be fixed. It should cover all the topics and there should be discussion on topics which are problems in develpopement of India. It should be an interactive session where citizens should get opportunity to ask questions and seek clarifications.

This is a very good way to reveive radio. Radios have become an outdated object today. A very appreciative and innovative method to bring back long lost radio in our life.
