Mr Modi should address the nation twice a month, on a holiday which would make it easier for office going and school/college attending people. if possible the radio station at the same time take a few calls of suggestions from people.
the addresses should be regarding the plans to come and as Mr Modi is an inspirational personality should ask for more people to come up to give a helping hand.
we do need a good leader to motivate us constantly so a few inspirational words will enlighten us.

The frequency can be biweekly(twice in a month), preferably on Sunday evening as it is a holiday for all office goers. The nature of the topic can be changed in every program. Various issues like best practices in farming, what to do for employment, what to do to stop corruption can be the theme. The theme should be advertised before so that interested people flock to their radio sets in numbers.

The name of the Series can be "Koti Vaanie". While Koti mean 10 million (1 crore) in Sanskrit, Vaanie means voice. "Koti Vaanie" will capture the essence of the series in the sense that million voices can be raised through Radio program initiative of the PM.

Prepare an opening that gets to the "meat" of your message immediately. This is important because interviews can and do get cut short from time to time. If you're not prepared for this possible scenario, you lose the opportunity to get your key message out.

....Never, ever use a speaker phone. Speaker phones do not provide producers with broadcast quality sound and should be avoided at all costs. If you sound weak and distant, you stand the chance of losing the interest of your audience and upsetting the host. Your best bet is to use a "hands-free" telephone headset.
