Structure- Radio team has to advertise that you will cover such programmes. Then you should speak and inform about all the parameters of that particular issue with facts and figures. In next programme you can discuss the feedback and select some calls and letter to answer that. It will make people realise that there is someone who is their to answer and then you can make them realise that it's people government.

Should have simultaneous translation and rebroadcast of translation in regional languages. It is always easier to make a person understand things in his/her mother tongue than in another language.

As your focus is on rural, poor people , so you can tell them and teach them about education, health etc. Trustt me sir, people don't know what are their rights and you can ask them share feedbacks on different programmes run by your government. I believe that you speak not speak routine things like a political rally. Specific topics and radio team has to inform to inform before that you will be speaking on such activity so that people are aware about the same can ask queries or share feedback.

Sir, I think you should speak once in a month. That can be on Saturday or Sunday at a fixed time before 10 PM or 9 PM. Try to use all language so that everyone can connect. You should all the topics which every citizen can relate to. As I found that many people in rural areas are not aware of schemes/programme running for their welfare like, Jan Dhan Yojna etc., so it can be a good way to make them aware and If you do that , then people will feel very happy.
