Sir you have to reassure the nation by bringing in amendments in the existing laws on crime against women. Today two girls in TAMILNADU have suffered acid-attacks. It has to be EYE FOR AN EYE. Only fear of severe punishment will be a deterrent. Juvenile age needs to be brought down. Crimes cannot continue, stating law & order are state subjects.Investigation & judicial process, in any case, should be finished within 1 year. Justice delayed is justice denied. Sir, urgently protect girls & women.

Right to Education is meant to provide primary education to all. But failed in implementation despite mid day meal schemes. Why not we draft a law to fine/penalise/prosecute parents, if they don't send their children of 5 years age to schools till age of 15 years? This proviso will have automatic check on rising population and discourage child labour. If every child reaches school, the aims of Skill Development would also be achieved.
SHIKSHIT BHARAT translates into UNNAT BHARAT.
