The best frequency suited for such an address would be on monthly basis as PM would also be busy in other meetings, parliament sessions etc. In an address of about 30min, 1st 5min should be emphasized on recent developments that took place since last address. Next 15min should be for talking on core issues of grass-root level from diverse fields. Another 5min for focusing on a specific new field each time. The last 5min can be for some of the important yet core grievance redress.
