All the radio and TV shows should broadcast this live - so the importance of this speech is realised.
Frequency: - Every 2 months (On the 1st of every two months) If it is very frequently then people may soon find it rhetoric.

The problem with things such as radio address, etc. is that it is all more 'talk'; it has to be backed up with action, otherwise the common man will become jaded and think that all he gets from Delhi is more hot air.

Title: The PM's address could be called Modi Ka Kehna. The medium should be a mix of Hindi and conversational English.
Frequency: 11am on every second Sunday of a month would be good.
Topic: Any timely issue. This time, it could focus on the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and what the PM observed in the US on cleanliness and waste disposal.
Structure: It should be an hour-long programme with the PM getting a chance to share his views for 30 minutes followed by questions from listeners.

The time should be 10-11 am on every 1st sunday of the month (atleast). In this address as the PM Modi sir will share his views, he should also address, differently to various age groups & should also provide a month to month simple tasks to be done by the citizens (or by various age groups). The tasks can be like registering & then planting a tree or cleaning a school etc by most of us on any Sunday of the month. PM can also suggest steps for the month,to b taken by Youth&others for Development

Name of the address (a title for the series of addresses):
I think the title "SOUND OF UNITY" (Ekta ki aawaaz) will match the title "STATUE OF UNITY". In my opinion "SOUND OF UNITY" will be a nice title and will also be a tribute to Shri Vallabhbhai Patel ji. The title "SOUND OF UNITY" can also be used from October 31 as it is the Date of Birth of Shri Vallabhbhai Patel ji.

When Ministry of Child Development and Women's affairs recommends six months exclusive breastfeeding to infants to prevent malnourishment, then it is important that all organizations including Private, MNCs and PSUs provide six months maternity leaves to working women. PSUs are already providing six months. Most MNCs are also providing six months maternity leaves. So it is mostly the Indian Private Companies which are giving only three months maternity leaves.Due to lack of choice and financial
